Practicing Change and Letting Go
I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ people, individually and couples. I think of therapy as a place to practice noticing the way your mind works; it is helpful to have a sense of what your desires and motivations are when choosing a job, relationship, or even a pet. have extensive experience working with substance use disorders and trauma. I live in Manhattan with my husband and 2 dogs. I am licensed in NY state as well as New Jersey, and have a limited number of sliding scale and Medicare appointments available.
Before working in private practice, I was the assistant clinical director of an outpatient mental health clinic in the West Village, where I saw patients and supervised several clinicians. I currently offer in-person and telehealth sessions. My office is wheelchair accessible.
